Draw it your self with pen and paper, in the best style of M.C. Penrose posted copies of his diagrams to one of the graphic artists whose work had inspired him in Amsterdam MC Escher. Penrose was a mathematician who invented the Penrose triangle, an impossible object, after seeing Eschers work. In this diagram, each side of the stairway makes sense on its own, but as a whole it creates an endless staircase. For Simplicity Sake, I'll be making a Penrose Triangle, which is one of the simplest ones to create, but the steps could be easily applied to create other impossible objects once you know the basics.Ģ: Extend the Panel Model and create a long rectangleģ: Create another rectangle but have this one going upĤ: Here's where it gets a bit tricky.
